Top 5 Black Blazers

I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! Today I am sharing five of my favorite black blazers with you. In my opinion, a black blazer is a closet staple that every woman should own. It is truly one of the most versatile pieces of clothing and it can be styled in so many ways. In these photos I paired it with ripped jeans, a simple white tee and leopard heels, which works well for a date night or lunch with friends.

For a completely different look, you could mix it with skinny jeans and over the knee boots or a band tee and chelsea boots. If you are a woman who works in a corporate office, layering a blazer over a dress or a button-down is an easy way to change up your look. Just be sure to consider the correct fit of a blazer for your body type. If you are long and lean, a cropped, fitted blazer will look perfect on you. If you are like me and have a little junk in the trunk,  I find that a longer, looser style blazer is most flattering! I also tend to like a longer, looser blazer with fitted jeans to balance out the proportions and a more fitted blazer with dress to nip in the waist and give me some curves!

Here are my favorite blazers:

1.Express Cuffed Sleeve Boyfriend Jacket– This one is very similar to the one I am wearing, with the exception of the sleeve length. I has a relaxed boyfriend fit and is nice and long for those of us that need it! I really love the fit and fabric of this one, and the price is amazing!

2. Velvet Blazer– Velvet is such a hot trend right now, and with good reason! It looks so luxe, instantly elevating even the most basic look. This blazer has a bit more of a cropped fit, but is still relaxed throughout the torso.

3. Altuzarra Lace Detail Jacket– A complete splurge, this jacket is fabulous in so many ways! It is beautifully cut to be universally flattering and the lace details make it a true stand out in the crowd!

4. Miss Selfridge Bow Sleeve Blazer– LOVE the bow detail on the sleeves of this blazer!! The length of jacket torso is perfect and at $77, you can’t go wrong!

5. Mural Curve Open Front Blazer– For those looking for a cropped, feminine, classic blazer, this is the one for you! The shorter hem in the back makes this a perfect blazer to wear with dresses and skirts.

I hope this list helps you find the perfect black blazer to add to your closet! Leave me a comment and let me know if you would like to the blazer styled in other ways!

All the ❤︎,

Nicole
