Casual Valentine's Day Outfit

Blazer Valentine's Day Outfit

As promised, today I am offering some Valentine’s Day outfit inspiration for those of you who, like me, will be spending your Valentine’s day looking a bit more casual! When my kids were little, the hubs was in the Air Force and we lived in a tiny town where babysitters were hard to come by and we didn’t have any family nearby. We also didn’t have very much money, so we started a family tradition of eating Valentine’s Day dinner together at home, complete with a white table cloth, table decorations, and fun food. Spending the evening as a family has continued even as my kids have become teenagers, and we have expanded our celebrations to include a heart-shaped pancake breakfast before school in the mornings. Clearly, none of my current Valentine’s day plans require a lacy dress and heels!😜

I have put together four outfits that are a bit more on the casual side, but will still have you feeling festive on Valentine’s Day! All of these looks include pants and easy tops that can be worn all day from morning carpool through to family dinner. Of course, you can always switch out heels for ballet flats in any of my looks to keep it super casual and comfy! If you are getting dressed up for a night on the town for Valentine’s Day, be sure to check out my Dressy Valentine’s Day Looks!
